Returns Policy


If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, please submit a return request on the website. A return request must be submitted within 3 days from the date of delivery for items.
For electronics and mobile phone related issues after use or after the return policy period, please check whether the product is covered under seller warranty or brand warranty. For more information on warranty claims, please see our Warranty Policy.
For selected categories, we accept a change of mind. For more information please refer to the section below on return policy per category.
Valid reasons for returning an item
The delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. inoperable)
The delivered product is incomplete (ie has missing items and/or accessories).
Product delivered is wrong (ie wrong make/size/colour, fake item or out of date)
Product delivered does not match product description or picture (ie product not as advertised)
The delivered product is incompatible. (i.e. the size is inappropriate)

Please note that certain items marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return.
Conditions for return

Product must include original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice and accessories.

The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box.

Issuance of refunds


If your product qualifies for a refund, you can select your preferred refund method based on the table below. The shipping fee will be refunded along with the amount paid for your returned item.

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you choose. Once we have received your product (2-3 working days) and it has undergone quality control (1-2 working days), the expected refund processing time is as follows:
